  • Upfront Payment: The cost of the samples will be charged upfront at the time of your request. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.

Returning Samples

  • 14-Day Return Period: If you find that the samples do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to arrange the return of the samples via a reliable courier service. Please ensure that the samples are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for the refund.

Refund Process

  • Prompt Processing: Once we receive the returned samples, we will process your refund promptly.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Conditions: Please note that the samples must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Any samples returned damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund.
